TF Staff And Expectations!

Here staff may find the Rules and Expectations by which they must abide.
Staff Rules:
*Staff should be helpful, and kind towards members.
*Staff should keep in mind that just because they have the power doesn't mean they can misuse it.
*They must only take severe or minor action if needed and should never threaten neither staff or members.
*They must respect the rules just like everyone and they must be mature and not cause trouble.
*Other members rely on Staff to help them, guide them and take care of the problems that occur in-game and forums.
*Staff should also be wise in their actions and take some time to rethink their plan before doing it.
*You must be a role-model for younger members and take time before you ban a member.
*Everyone deserves a second chance, and that should be respected.
*If you have any questions then please send a message to a staff member, they will direct you and clear things out.
Staff Actions:
*Staff can Ban (Only if there is a good enough reason with solid evidence)
*Staff can lock threads and move them (If the thread is placed in the wrong board or contains content which violates our rules.
*Staff can take in reports (Notice that certain staff do certain jobs and therefore not all staff accept all reports).
Staff Penalties:
*If a staff member is inactive for over 3 weeks, they are automatically demoted and have only a certain number of days to regain their Rank.
*If a staff member threatens innocent members just to get their own back, they will be demoted unless they state their reason clearly.
*If a staff member commits art theft they will be banned for a week and then demoted unless they prove they can follow rules.
*If a staff member breaks the rules they will be warned, if behaviour continues then further action will be taken.
*If a staff member insults staff or members or provokes forum drama they will be warned, but if behaviour continues then they will be banned.
Staff Expectations:
*Staff should be on at least 3 or 4 times a week and post at least 5 posts a week.
*Staff should inform of their absence
*Staff should follow all of these above and should be active on the forums.
